DELIVERY DELAYS: due to the current situation the Australian delivery network is experiencing delays. Thank you for your understanding. Lean more.

We ship via Australia Post. Delivery typically takes 4-8 business days to arrive in metropolitan areas, and 5-10 business days for rural areas. Delivery time frames are based on orders placed Monday to Friday.

Shipping within Australia is FREE for orders worth $100 or more.

International shipping is determined in your shopping cart.

Store Collection

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a ‘Ready for Collection’ email letting you know to head in store. You should always wait until we have confirmed that your goods are ready before coming in store to avoid disappointment. Remember to bring a copy of your Ready for Collection email to ensure you can pick-up your order.

International Shipping

Shipping costs on a number of factors including the weight of your items, the number of items you’re purchasing, the destination country, and your desired shipping fees, the cost of the rate start from $28.00 AUD(not included handling fees). If the order is over 2kgs, shipping will incur a further cost. We will contact you once the order is placed for additional charges. The shipping cost will automatically be calculated at checkout. Please be aware the postage charges have not included our handling fees.

Some countries (UK, the E.U. and Canada) charge customs fees or import duties. Please be aware that these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are beyond our control.


Delivery & Return Policy

Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the checkout page and before you place your order.

Please note that customers are responsible for all freight charges for re-deliveries, incorrect delivery details and these are added to the invoice total.

Items unavailable (no stock)

Orders are released for despatch when all products have been allocated to the order.

Any items that are unavailable due to a change in stock availability will be placed on back order. We will endeavour to fulfil your backorder as soon as possible and will notify you or update your item status with ETAs where possible. Should suppliers also not have the product in stock then you may request a modification, refund or store credit for the item/s and request a part shipment of your order.

Please check our web site for the back ordered item’s estimated time of arrival. Please note that these dates are estimates, and are not guaranteed to arrive on that date. Your product(s) will be promptly shipped as soon as the product arrives. No additional shipping fees will be charged.

Your account will be charged for the entire order, so that Beauty Grace can reserve the product and price for you. If this is not acceptable, you may cancel that portion of the order, and request an immediate credit.
