The crystal style gives the look of a diamond. The Medical Plastic Crystal is 4mm. The measurement is the whole setting. 0% nickel – for people with the most severe nickel allergy. We have taken the material used in surgical sutures and hardened it. There are over 35 years of experience showing that this material is non-reactive in the human body.
