2. $69 is our web only promotional price. Price when purchased in person or over the phone will be $150.
3. A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to re-schedule or to cancel your appointment. Failing so will result to cancellation of the voucher.
4. Limited to 1 voucher per person only, but buy as many as you want as gifts for friends/family members.
5. Voucher expires 31st March 2012.
6. Not valid in conjunction with other promotional offers.
