Yes. A fee will be charged for a detailed consultation, depending on the level of consultation, but this fee is redeemable when proceeding with your treatment or purchase of product. Prior to your treatment, our expert consultant will identify individual needs and requirements, which will enable them to prescribe the appropriate treatment or solution for you.
We encourage guests to arrive at Beauty Grace at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to change, fill out your personal consultation form and undertake a comprehensive consultation. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment times.
We request clients endeavor to provide us with at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. This will assist us in rescheduling your appointment to our waiting list. Any cancellation less than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Beauty Grace also reserves the right to collect a deposit of 50% of the cost of treatments or products combined. The deposit may be refunded or credited only when Beauty Grace is notified of the cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled time of treatment. Failing so, results to the deposit being forefeited.

Not a problem. Come back to our store to give us an opportunity to further analyse your skin type and condition. We will endeavour to recommend a product which will suit your skin type. Alternatively, we will exchange or credit your account if we cannot help you any further. No refunds are provided.
