Beauty Grace is located in various contemporary, relaxed, and convenient locations in the Sydney CBD, David Jones CBD and David Jones Bondi Junction. See our locations for full details.
What facilities do you have?
Beauty Grace has a brand new, contemporary centre using the latest facilities and equipment, backed up by experienced therapists and consultants.
Do you charge for a skin consultation?
Yes. A $55 fee will be charged for a detailed consultation but this fee is redeemable when proceeding with your treatment or purchase of product. Prior to your treatment, our expert therapist will identify individual needs and requirements, which will enable them to prescribe the appropriate treatment or solution for you.
When should I arrive at Beauty Grace?
We encourage guests to arrive at Beauty Grace at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to change, fill out your personal consultation form and undertake a comprehensive consultation. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment times.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We request clients endeavor to provide us with at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. This will assist us in rescheduling your appointment to our waiting list. Any cancellation less than 24 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Beauty Grace also reserves the right to collect a deposit of up to 25% of the cost of treatments or products combined. The deposit may be refunded or credited only when Beauty Grace is notified of the cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled time of treatment.
My prescribed product(s) does not suit my skin type. What now?
Not a problem. Come back to our store to give us an opportunity to further analyse your skin type and condition. We will endeavour to recommend a product which will suit your skin type. Alternatively, we will exchange or credit your account if we cannot help you any further. No refunds are provided.
What payment types to you accept?
We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
