Humble beginnings...

Beauty Grace, founded by husband and wife team, Kelvin and Emmy Ong in 2002. Beauty Grace started out at a humble Broadway based street shop which have now been moved to Market St. Today, Beauty Grace has grown to 6 locations. Their core philosophies were very simple. Management Team

	Kelvin Ong Managing Director Kelvin is, in simple terms - "THE BOSS". He heads up all general management activities of Beauty Grace. Kelvin brings on board his extensive experience in running businesses, sales, project management and business development (from the IT industry! - so he's abit of a GEEK). So naturally, he made sure Beauty Grace has a great and useful website, and the company utilises the latest form of technology - everywhere. On a serious side, Kelvin is a great life coach to everybody he meets. His positive, optimistic and blunt attitude to everything, brings much added motivation and energy to the group.
	Emmy Ong Operations and Training Manager Emmy, in essence, is "THE REAL BOSS" :-) She manages all operations and heads up all our training activities. Emmy brings on board her many years of beauty therapy experience, coupled with a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Emmy is meticulous at everything she does, so Beauty Grace runs the way it does - as a very tight ship.
	Rebecca Stephenson Marketing and Events Manager Rebecca, who happens to also be a beauty therapist - a damn good one too - heads up all our marketing and events activities. Rebecca has also had extensive experience in real estate, non-profit organisations, and even teaching! Rebecca performs her duties passionately, ethically and accurately. She runs a mean schedule of events, so we generally do what she says! :-)
	Corinne McManus Branch Manager & Senior Skin Consultant With 18 years experience in the industry, it'd be safe to say that Corinne has seen everything in the industry. She even says so herself - "I've seen everything!" :-) Corinne owned her own business from a very young age and has fulfilled various senior therapist roles, including one with Beauty Grace initially. Corinne now heads up the Martin Place branch, leading a strong, passionate and very switched-on team of expert Beauty Therapists and Consultants.
	Elly Lathouras Branch Manager & Senior Therapist Elly leads our flagship David Jones, Elizabeth St (CBD) branch, satisfying a fast-paced and demanding client base. She has the gift of being a legendary Beauty Therapist herself, in a relatively short period of her career. She has a strong team of expert Dermalogica gurus who brings a new dimension of expert skin advice and treatments to the traditional department store environment.
	Chantha Sok Branch Supervisor & Senior Therapist Chantha is simply contagiously fun, happy and positive. She spreads it well. Chantha now heads up our David Jones, Bondi Junction branch, satisfying very demanding customers, who expect only the best. Chantha has the gift of being a fabulous Beauty Therapist herself, in a short period. She is simply VERY SWITCHED ON. Chantha and her team of fully qualified Beauty Therapists brings a wealth of expertise to the traditional department store environment. Chantha was also recently featured in the Sun Herald, on 31st Jan 2010.
	Stephanie Kerba Branch Supervisor & Senior Therapist Stephanie has big shoes to fill, heading up the newest Beauty Grace branch at David Jones Castle Hill. Her experience with various groups as a Senior Beauty Therapist delivering expert service and advice has prepared her for this role, in a relatively short period of time. Stephanie strives towards delivering a new level of expert skin therapists to the traditional department store environment.
