Humble beginnings...

Beauty Grace, founded by husband and wife team, Kelvin and Emmy Ong in 2002. Beauty Grace started out at a humble Broadway based street shop which have now moved to Market St. Their core philosophies were very simple. Build a business around people, for people. We are...

	Corinne McManus Senior Skin Therapist (was on maternity leave - but she is back!) With 19 years experience in the industry, it'd be safe to say that Corinne has seen everything in the industry. She even says so herself - "I've seen everything!" :-) Corinne owned her own business from a very young age and has fulfilled various senior therapist roles, including one with Beauty Grace initially.
	Angel Kong Senior Skin Therapist Angel is simply our Guardian Angel. Angel has over 12 years experience in the industry, internationally in Kuala Lumpur and now here in Sydney. 7 of those years were spent perfecting her Cosmetic Embroidery skills, making her now one of Sydney's leaders offering this service. 	Anna Glavanos Senior Skin Therapist Anna is our resident Skin Expert. Having worked in the industry for over 21 years, of which 6 of those at Beauty Grace, Anna's knowledge and experience in her field ensures an ethical approach, safe and quality consultation and treatment, delivering optimum results, bringing you closer to your skincare goals. 	Cindy Yip Senior Skin Therapist After many years of world travel as a Beauty Therapist, seeing many exciting places, and getting to utilise her expertise and passion about skin care, Cindy now brings all that to Beauty Grace. She often brags - "Yeah, I've been there. Twice." :-) Cindy is an expert at Natureceuticals, on top of being an all rounder on everything Beauty Therapy. See more about Cindy Yip.
	Cailin Anning Master of First Impressions Cailin is one of our MOFIs (Master of First Impressions). Also known as an Ambassador for Beauty Grace. She makes sure your get the best times, have piping hot green tea ready for our clients, and generally helps turns frowns upside down. Always. What would we do without Cailin?!
	Rainer Liem Administrative Manager Overall nice guy, pulls the team together, controls payroll so he's always popular with the girls. Partime wall-street type, oh did we mention he's a nice guy?
	Kelvin Ong Managing Director Kelvin is, in simple terms - "THE BOSS". He heads up all general management activities of Beauty Grace. Kelvin brings on board his extensive experience in running businesses, sales, project management, branding and business development (from the IT industry! - so he's abit of a GEEK). So naturally, he made sure Beauty Grace has a useful website, and the company utilises the latest form of technology - everywhere. On a serious side, Kelvin is a great life coach to everybody he meets. His positive, optimistic and blunt attitude to everything, brings much added motivation and energy to the group.
	Emmy Ong Operations and Training Manager Emmy, in essence, is "THE REAL BOSS" :-) She manages all operations and heads up all our training activities. Emmy brings on board her many years of beauty therapy experience, coupled with a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Emmy is meticulous at everything she does, so Beauty Grace runs the way it does - as a very tight ship.
